You must contact Airbnb directly to permanently remove your account. Go to www.airbnb.com/help/contact-us and choose My Airbnb Account > Update or Remove Account > Delete or Deactivate My Account. Then make a selection from the list of options. Alternatively, you may call 1-855-424-7262 for help.
If you wish to replace a canceled booking, you must contact the guest and rebook them. Airbnb is unable to assist with restoring a reservation once it has been canceled. Before rescheduling your reservation, ask if your guest is OK with your booking conditions (for example, nightly charge and cancellation policy).
The only way to get rid of your Airbnb rental history is to terminate your account and use someone else’s afterward!
Airbnb is based on trust. If someone does not offer a valid name, identification, information about travelers, or other details required by Airbnb, they could be suspended. Guests may also be banned for gross negligence in following a host’s regulations.
On the other hand, Airbnb has the right to refuse access to its platform to anyone. However, if this power was used in a whimsical or arbitrary manner, Airbnb may be held liable for damages. But it is likely that it would not be compelled to offer the blocked individual further access.
