Open the Instagram app on your phone and log in to your account. On the login screen, type in the username and password of the account you’d like to reactivate and press Login. Now your feed loads and your account will be restored to normal.
Users whose accounts have been disabled and given a 30-day termination notice may appeal the decision to disable and delete their account during the 30 days following notification of this decision.
The lock on Instagram is permanent. After you’ve provided the correct code, your “My Instagram account has been deactivated” submission will be accepted, and your lock will be removed. Otherwise, your Instagram account will remain frozen.
