When a user is deleted from the system, they will be removed from all groups and have any pending requests that haven’t been approved or declined yet canceled. The user will then no longer be able to log into the system or access any of their data.

Nintendo’s newest console, the Switch, has a built-in account system that allows you to create two separate accounts and log into them simultaneously. One of these accounts is an administrator account, which will prevent you from deleting the user if they are logged in. When your other user logs out, their account will be deleted. If you do not wish to delete your administrator account, you should make sure to log them off before making any changes.

If you are referring to Google’s Gmail, then when deleting a user, you are deleting all data associated with the email account. This includes the email, contacts, calendar information, chat histories, and any other Google data associated with that account.

If you delete the Administrator account, your computer will not be able to function. You will no longer be able to access certain system files that are needed for basic operation. As a result, the computer will stop working and you won’t be able to install any new programs or hardware drivers. This is because Windows needs administrative privileges in order to do so. So you’ll have to use a system repair tool in order to restore the Administrator account.

I typically delete users from my IT team when they do not have a current need to access the system. I would advise that you first check with your HR department to see if there are any policies in place.
