To delete a Gmail account:
From the Home screen, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Under Accounts, tap your Gmail account name (Gmail by default). Scroll down and tap Delete Account > Delete Account. Tap Delete to confirm that you want to remove this email account from your iPhone. Backup data stored on this device will be removed as well. A pop-up appears asking if you’re sure you want to remove this account. Tap Delete.

Part 1: Delete Your Google Account from iPhone via iTunes Program
Step 1 Update/Restore Your Device through iTunes Manager, First of all, make sure you have already installed iTunes on your computer. Then connect your iPhone to the computer with a USB cable.
